Chocolate Pizza Company is Central New York’s largest chocolate maker. For more than 3 decades, our handcrafted, gourmet chocolate specialties have been favorites for holidays, birthdays or special occasions. Owner, Ryan Novak, started with the company as a dishwasher at age 15. In 2010, at the age of 21 and a senior at Syracuse University, Ryan took over the business. Since then, he has transformed a small-town chocolate shop into an emerging national brand. Major media including Food Network, CNBC, Hallmark Channel, CMT and more have all featured these unique, delicious and impressive chocolates. Chocolate Pizza has been enjoyed by A-list celebrities, Hall of Fame athletes, rock and roll legends, top political and business leaders and chocolate fans across the globe. The English toffee we blend into our Chocolate Pizzas and Slices is from a local recipe dating back to 1919. We make it on-site, in small batches for maximum flavor and freshness. After the toffee bubbles to a golden consistency, we pour it out, stretch and cool it before grinding it fine. Chocolatiers then add scoops of it to our tempered chocolate and pour it into pizza pans or molds. The result is a gourmet chocolate specialty so unique it is trademarked. But our Peanut Butter Wings don’t play second fiddle to any of our treats. Crisp, rippled potato chips are covered in creamy peanut butter and drenched in rich milk or dark chocolate. They are a salty-sweet masterpiece.
